Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Hans E. Wright is a Native American from Oklahoma and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BLUFOR Strategic Solutions Group, a Veteran-led, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Native American-owned company supporting federal and defense clients.
Mr. Wright brings 24 years of military service, coupled with 17 years of government contracting experience as an Operations Manager supporting U.S. Special Operations units. Over the past four years, he has contracted and managed Opposition Forces (OPFOR) support for both law enforcement agencies and Special Forces military training, delivering realistic, threat-based, scenario-driven training environments that enhance operational readiness and decision-making under stress.
His professional expertise includes defense operations, tactical and adversary training, logistics, and federal compliance, with a proven ability to lead complex programs in high-risk, mission-critical environments. Mr. Wright holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and was recently selected for the university’s highly competitive Executive Aerospace and Defense Cohort Program.
As CEO, Mr. Wright combines strategic vision with hands-on operational experience to ensure BLUFOR delivers credible, mission-ready solutions aligned with the real-world demands of today’s federal and military missions.
Debbrina Johnson
Vice President - Operations
Ms. Debbrina Johnson serves as Vice President of BLUFOR Strategic Solutions Group, LLC, with over ten years of experience in law enforcement and prior military service. She has been a sworn law enforcement officer since 2012 and maintains professional certification in both Kansas and Washington. Ms. Johnson currently resides in Kansas, where she oversees law enforcement operations and provides executive oversight for all Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) contracts supporting BLUFOR programs.
Ms. Johnson holds a degree in Aeronautics and is a registered pilot, applying disciplined risk management, mission planning, and decision-making principles to operational and administrative functions. Her professional background includes experience in CBRN operations, investigative support, and administrative and financial accountability.
She has applied her subject-matter expertise in law enforcement, special operations, and opposition forces to support the development of scenario-based training for U.S. Air Force Security Forces at the Desert Defender Ground Combat Regional Training Center (DDGCRTC). In her role at BLUFOR, Ms. Johnson provides executive oversight, compliance leadership, and operational governance in support of government and defense customers.
Director of Sustainment
Mr. Hernan L. HernandezDuarte serves as Director of Sustainment for BLUFOR Strategic Solutions Group, bringing over 22 years of military logistics and sustainment experience. A U.S. Army veteran with service across TPU, AGR, and Active-Duty assignments, he has deep expertise in supply chain management, transportation, and field sustainment. He supported overseas operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, previously served in the Colombian Army’s elite Special Operations “Lancero” unit, and spent nine years as an overseas contractor advising partner-nation logistics personnel. Bilingual in English and Spanish, and certified in PBUSE and GCSS-A, he delivers disciplined, mission-ready sustainment leadership for BLUFOR’s government and defense customers.
